Hi.. my NT daughter who is 2 years old has bumpy (chicken?) skin on

her upper arms. I'd love to know how to supplement for this too.

Thanks!

My son had 'chicken bumps' on his arms for a year which turned into a

mild case of eczema. I was advised to give vitamin A in the form of

cod liver oil from kirkmans. I did this for 9 months but it never

cleared up. Then I tried a product called Co-Enzyme A, which is I

believe, a precurser to vitamin A. I did not restart the cod liver

oil. In a matter of days the 'chicken bumps' were gone.

Hope this helps,

.

Hi and thanks for responding. Where did you get the Co

Enzyme A?

Thanks again!

Hi

This is fascinating to me as I have always had the bumps and my

children do as well. We have been taking EFAs for nearly a year! Do

you know if CoEnzyme A is GFCF or SCD legal?

Thanks
