Hi Jill, I would appreciate the information as to where the " gluten home

Jill- when I was in ph's last week, they were using organic flours. I'm

getting more stuff from them tomorrow and can ask then.

Jill- I just talked to ph. The rice flour is organic. Since I end up

cooking most of what Wm. eats, and most of that is organic, I can live with

this.
