Guest guest
G'day everybody from Kyushu , Japan ! We got a recommended hit of supplements from Kirkman's last week, and we've started using them with our little fella Timmo. But ,I checked Dr. Mc's book and there's a whole heap more recommended gear we could get,(they are mentioned somewhere around page 121 , I think ). We have no D.A.N. doctor in these parts to have a check up with , these blokes would all reckon I'm another foreigner gone off the deep end ! Does anybody " who's been there " have any goods words to us ?! I'd like to go ahead and order more , but I'm not sure of what to do ! If we should wait to get him checked , does anybody reckon we could do it through some express delivery service , or do we gotta go all the way to LA? Thanks for listening , hope to hear from ya! Are you introducing each one singly? It helps to let your child get stabilized on a new supp before introducing a new one. Also be sure to keep a journal so that you can document any improvements or reactions. Lynne
Guest guest
Check out page 278-279. that would be good start. However, some supplements can be too much or too little according to the child. I thinks it's best to start slow and work your way up. Shari What's next ? G'day everybody from Kyushu , Japan ! Guest guest
I'm sorry - I didn't mean to start with these supplements. It's important to have some the basics in place first - Vit. C ,B's a good vit.min. supplement to build your child up first. How old is your son - that's always something to consider: age and weight and allergies. Shari What's next ?
