Guest guest Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 Wow they sound wonderful - never heard of that variety! when I was in the US I fell in love with delicatas and they don't have thme here - they have sweet dumpling which is the same striped pattern but round and kinda similar. trouble is you cant import seeds here cause of the quarantine laws but this one company had herlook delicatas so we grew some - onlyg ot a few but they were amazing beans seems to grow really really well - we are up to our ears in these beans - like green beans but also yellow and spotted ones - yum and crookneck summer squash - I find it amazing to watch them grow! I got seeds for lots of different kinds of squashes - sure hope I get even better success!!!!
