Guest guest
I usually give Magnesium Malate 500mg caps twice daily, indefinitely, as aluminum does not leave quickly. It is a good source of magnesium as well as the malic acid - some kids have trouble with loose stools on this, however, but most tolerate it just fine. The " quintet " helps all metals gradually decrease, including aluminum, as it helps the body detoxify itself naturally. Be sure to eliminate all aluminum cookware that you use for your child, and don't allow anything out of a metal can (especially soft drinks!) Guest guest
It is reported to be good for immune enhancement, but I have not used it for chelating aluminum - all extracts have a lot of sweeteners, so I try to avoid them generally. malic acid dosage > > > > I've seen malic acid discussed on this list in the past for use in > > aluminum chelation, but I've never seen a dosage mentioned.
