Guest guest
My guess is that not a single thing is going on at Area 51. They're just happy to have everyone belive so, so that they can do the real black projects research in peace somewhere elese. They may even make a little light show every now and then just to make sure to keep people interested, allthewhile secretly funding various TV-series to keep people's imaginations going. Now, how's that for a conspiracy theory? ;-) Inger
Guest guest
LMAO! :-D (Definitely an Aspie!) Guest guest
Inger, That is probably closest to the truth and I have heard some people say that that is what is going on. The Air Force probably has some things going on there, but nothing really that major, but enough to keep people interested as to what is going on. IN the mean time, there is another base a distance away that is more remote and even better ringed by mountains where some say all that new projects have been moved to. Others say that there is a big base somewhere in the Australian outback where most of this research and such has been moved. I don't know that they would have to pay too many people to throw false leads out there: there are enough free range kooks that the government doesn't really need to fake any. Guest guest
Beth, I thought you were joking but it was an interesting intellectual exercise all the same. Back in high school some of my friends and I would do infiltration things like that just for fun. This was mostly around campus or around our neighborhoods though. We didn't do it anywhere where we could really get in trouble for doing it or actually break in any place. Unaided people are fairly easy to hide from in the dark, but the newer night vision and thermal viewers would be much harder to get around. Motion sensor are just plain aggrevating. Most of the time you can't even see them before you set them off. Also, one of my favorite games is Shadowrun. That game often involves getting around all kinds of security. How well some of the methods from the game translate to real life I couldn't say, but since much of the technology and all of the magic does not exist in this world, I wouldn't bother using it as a training aid. Guest guest
Wow , I am impressed, I was sort of semi joking, but your really have a game plan going here, I didn't say it would be easy, but the way we think if any group was going to pull something like this off it would be us. Thanks for the confirmantion of my faith in the inteligence of the aspy community.
