Guest guest Posted February 19, 2003 Report Posted February 19, 2003 well i went to the gyne today. so tired of this itching and again no yeast, bacteria or she says visable signs. she said she could not even tell where i had been scratching. so they took a biopsy from each side. let me say ouch!!!! i can't sit for very long. she thinks i am just having a reaction from the metho, said she will send me and the results to the dermatologist. it'll be about 3 weeks. i am walking like a cowboy!! the biopsy area is about the size of a hearing aid battery. kathy in il Quote

Guest guest Posted February 19, 2003 Report Posted February 19, 2003 Kathy, Let me know what you find out--I have the same problem, and the doctor can't figure it out either! The only light I have had on the matter is when I was on Pred the itch went away! I've tried Gold Bond, Rhuligel (that stuff burns!) and just about everything else. I'm not in the mood to drop my britches for a skin doctor! Judi Quote
Guest guest Posted July 31, 2005 Report Posted July 31, 2005 Kerry, It sounds like Costochondritis (Tietze's Syndrome). I've got articles on my webpage about it: http://rheumatoid.arthritis.freehosting.net/ Rheumatoid Arthritis.html#costo Flares can be very painful. I hope you feel better. a On Jul 26, 2005, at 11:49 AM, kerri wrote: > lot of pain today in mid back and through to my chest, got so bad I > went into the hospital to have my GP take a look at me. he said that > the connective tissue between my ribs and sternum is inflamed and that > it was most likely the RA... anyone else ever had this? > > kerri > > > > > > > Quote
