Guest guest
I would like to know if anyone has experienced Neuro cardiogenic syncopy? I was just hospitalized for five days with this and they have not pinpointed the origin. In my case the heart does not send enough blood to the brain causing my blood pressure to drop and then I faint if I do not take precautions. It is not dangerous in itself - the fainting can cause difficulty especially if driving. Also, it has been suggested to me that when you undergo surgery for any length of time the anestesia can create a chemical imbalance - for which there are meds to relieve the symptoms. I am experiencing heart flutters, extreme fatigue, headaches - has anyone heard of this connection? Thank you for your input. This is a very difficult time for me - I need info as if I know what I am dealing with, I am fine otherwise it is very frustrating. lee --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
