Another way of handling depoprovera is to write a prescription. The patient gets the med from the pharmacy and brings it to you for the injection.

LL, I have had trouble finding the correct codes to use with injectables. I do joint injections. I charge for the injection, not the material. What's your thoughts?

We are shopping the market and have found that we are lucky to break even on depoprovera. Does anybody get a price break from the local hospital or have a way of structuring a relationship so we can get hospital pricing?Brent
