Zerit and Viread same catagory?

I just found out Zerit and Viread is same catagory as reverse

transcriptuse inhibitor. Can you put point of clairifation for me?

Can anyone take either one or take both? I doubt anyone take both

because same catagory. I read somewhere that person can stop taking

Zerit because strong effect on Lipodystrophy, so switch to Viread.

mark: Viread seems not to have the metabolic problems associated with Zerit. This graph shows the differences in lipids between a regimen containing Zerit+Sustiva+Epivir and Viread+Sustiva+Epivir. You can see the difference.
