Guest guest Posted March 16, 2006 Report Share Posted March 16, 2006 sometimes people gwow kombusha in less than ideal and sanitary conditions and it goes a bit strange....it is quite robust though and there is commercialy and live kombucha available which has been studied a lot www.kombucha-house.com.au it is quite a yin preparation but has unique properties. some is grown with sugar, some with honey but there is non left in the finished product it is allmetabolised by the fungus.... leslieanneashburn wrote: Funny!
