From the comments on the internet it sounds like a wonder drug for those with Crohn's--at least those who posted ;-) I also posted a link that describes the possible side effects. This drug was once used for leukemia, but found a new application in Crohn's---at a lower does level, as you stated. It hasn't been around for that long, so your question as to long term effects may not be known yet. I hope our Crohn's members will see your post and reply if they have additional experience or knowledge of 6-mp. I guess as in most drugs you have to weigh the benefits and risks, and I imagine your doctor monitors you to make sure everything is ok.
