I have taken similar enzymes on and off for several years. If taken between

meals they decrease inflammation, get rid of excess mucous, and it is speculated

that they also 'eat' bacteria and viruses and the byproducts of their infection.

I have found all this to be true for me. Using enzymes stopped all the sinus

infections I used to get.

Any time I get sick, there are several things I take that either abort the virus

or infection or reduce it's severity, and enzymes between meals seem to be the

key that makes everything else work better.

Hi,

I took Wobenzym and it didn't help me but I don't think anything would have at

that time, because I had undiagnosed gluten Intolerance interfering with so many

supplements and my T meds, which just intensified my malabsorption and overall

sickness.

You can find these enzymes a whole lot cheaper other places. If you have plenty

of money and don't mind spending $50 plus on a bottle then go for it. Besides

enzymes I also take probiotics to rebuild the good bacteria in the GI tract.

HTH,
