I am on digest and would very much appreciate it if people would not post all the previous posts on the subject when they reply.It's very hard to read the posts with it's appendages over and over.C-M

Carol, an option to the reply button is to copy and paste a tidbit of what you want to reply to and just send it as a new email with the same topic. That way you only get the little bit you want to reference in your reply, but it still lets others remember what you are replying to..

Also...a very easy way to do copy/paste is to highlight the text you want, then hit Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste. Its much easier than using the mouse to go to edit..etc.
