Guest guest Posted October 7, 2008 Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 Hi All, well, I did get hold of Dr. Hyde’s office to see what the heck was taking so long…apparently, he did not look at my application as I had been told, because I had not included the check (nor were there instructions to that effect), but then I sent that off months ago too. The woman on the phone said that he will now be looking at new applications in November and possibly I would see him in the spring. She said I would need about 14 appointments before I even went!
