millet is a yang little grain...but I do find it kinda nice and light

at breakfast....it is so nice for the Spleen whose time comes not long

afterwards...bird seed?!

but birds like to sing and millet is good for the Spleen and the spleen

likes it when you sing!

maybe cooking it with lots of water - I did 1/2 cup millet to 4 cups

water this morning and always have lots of leafy greens at breakfast...

yesterday I fell in love with rice cream again - just hand rolled (in

an oat roller) some brown rice and cooked it till soft and creamy....

rolled oats and quina - the recipe in Pitchford's book - Healing

with Wholefoods - just rolled oats (maybe whole oats?! with quinoa -

hmmmm

what do other people like to eat at breakfast time?
