Daikon

Hi ,

Daikon is a white chinese radish. I find it in the Asian produce section of my local grocery store or at the health food store. I have daikon in my miso soup mainly though sometimes I throw it into the boiled salad too. What's an IBD?

I like it sliced on salads... it does great things for ya and I like

the flavor in soups and salads or sandwiches. :]
