Rodney bought me a tricycle. A big bicycle with three wheels from Walmart. I preach about exercise, but I have let myself go as I have gotten older, so he came home with one the other day. By the way, somehow I seem to want to wreck a regular bicycle. I cannot afford to wreck...bones might break...too much lost time from work LOL He wants me to go and ride. We have a slight incline on a dirt road.... a long one..couple of miles. He wants me to go up it, as fast as no coughing fit and then come back down.
