Guest guest
Sorry-I did not provide enough detaile. My question had to do with the session review of a training session(not scripted) The Chanel set was P+ TLC Assess 2 ch FD mainly for statistics. The screen was P+FD 2EEG asessment 3D spectrum. At the top of the review screen is a time frame setting and to the right a scroll bar. At the bottom left of the screen is a a number of ratios(not the coherence measures). So-I wondered if the ratio numbers are the averages of what ever time frame setting is chosen are based on the time frame selected. Thanks, Bruce RE: biograph-infinity question Hi, If you are talking about the BioGraph Infiniti Suite for TLC Assessment and Training, the values are the cumulative means (of ratios, peak frequencies, etc). This means that if the cursor is at 50 seconds, you have the means of values from the beginning to the 50th second. This is true in the first activity, which is with Eyes closed. In Infiniti, in a script, the values are specific to an activity. So, if your cursor is at 80 seconds, you have means values of data from 60 seconds (the beginning of the activity with Eyes open) to 80 seconds. So at the end af an activity (60, 120 or 180 seconds), you have the means of these values for that specific activity. The instruments with the mention of Epoch timer are different. The values are the means of data for the previous 5 seconds. They make great trend instruments for feedback; for the clinician as well as for the client. All my (motivated) clients do not want any screen for feedback without this instrument. They really tell you, right away, if the client is moving, and in what direction. For example if I choose 1 minute for timeframe is ratios below reflecting one minutes vs of data vs lets say 10seconds if I chose the 10 second time frameThanks,Bruce
Guest guest
Yes, they are the means of the values at that time. If you are at 1 minute, you have the mean values of data from 0 to 1 minute. François Dupont, Ph.D., C.Psych. De : braintrainer [mailto:braintrainer ] De la part de Bruce Z.
