Guest guest
Here is a website that already exists for this purpose. Has some great forms on it. I haven't updated it in a few months. But I too would be happy to store stuff on it. Go to: www.practicemgt.org. Also, our Yahoo Groups home page has a place to store files. ___________________________________ J. Anyway, I was wonering if people could send memiscellaneous forms...especially the one that is a spread sheet that youcan enter different expenses, employees, average patients per day, etc.and it would tabulate your revenue for you. This is essential for mybusiness plan.I had an idea and I'd be glad to start: We could take turns copying allthe useful forms we have onto a CD ROM and then send it on to the nextperson (alphabetically?) who could then add to it whatever they have andmake a new CD to forward to the next person and so on...Any forms sent my way (HIPAA, Regulations, Consents, etc.) would be MOSTappreciated. Thanks, GrahamUptown Family MedicineUptown St. sburg, FLOr my Fax is Thanks again! Guest guest
I am attaching a revision of this spreadsheet. The new one actually uses the retainer fee to calculate how it affects how many (or few) patients you need to see a day to break even, whereas the old one didn't. Plus I uploaded a copy to the group website. Hope this helps. That reminds me, I better back up my files again... Guest guest
Hello Gordon, I love the idea of a form library, I would be glad to send you forms however I am not smart enough to get them out of the computer to this site. I could fax them to you out of Alteer if you could give me your fax number.
