Guest guest
The greatest thing about having this illness is having friends such as you all who are so helpful and understanding, and caring. Blessings to all of you. I'm glad to be in such good and excellent company

But I've found another benefit (if one can be found) in the fact that hcv woke me up to the need for taking care of myself. ly, if not for the hcv, I would most probably have developed something else even more lethal (like heart trouble etc.) because I never quite felt right about taking time for myself to do exercises, meditation (well, I did meditate some, but not as regularly as I needed to), and most especially, prayer. I'm also more careful about what I eat--even when family calls it being " picky. " End result? I feel better than I have in years. Sometimes blessings come in strange packages. Guest guest
I had already started going down the road of greater health by losing 50 pounds and quitting smoking then along comes hepatitis C. Hepatitis C forced me to realize I needed to get off my butt and do something meaningful with my life but I'm still trying to figure out what that should be. Guest guest
Doug, You're already doing something incredibly meaningful, even if you don't realise it. You're here, you're supporting and helping others. You reach out and touch the lives of many people you'll probably never meet. You are an incredibly caring human being. I think that's very meaningful my friend. anne Re: One of the Greatest things I had already started going down the road of greater health by losing 50 pounds and quitting smoking then along comes hepatitis C. Guest guest
Doug, All kidding aside, Can I recommend a book for you? " Loving God " by Colsen. Colsen is an exceptional writer, regardless of your religions preference or lack thereof. Bob Drury
