Guest guest
-Hi Anja Thanks for the hip bath. yea, I know about that but can'y do it as I have no tub to use......... I have one but Bruce uses it and it's revoltingly filthy and I can't clean it, tho I will try. I've been doing the douching already for 3 days and everytime I do it I'm relieved but then it comes back. I did find some info which I posted and now I'm trying to follow but I don't understand about why not to use oil. Does anyone know? I made hijiki with onion and carrots last night a big amount to have for days, as Verne Varona told me to do but now now sure if I should have it b/c it's got oil in it. Adam, I emailed Verne and hope he gets back to me soon. Last night for dinner I made water sauteed bok choy, collards and dandelion greens with some slivered almonds in them (little did I know I shouldn't use ume vinegar!) and the hijiki dish, brown rice left over and red lentils cooked till they became mush with some herbamare and thyme. What a yummy dinner. Aren't you proud of me??????????
