Guest guest
Anyone out there using the Fujitsu Scan Snap scanner have trouble with the ADF (automatic document feeder)? I tried the help menu/index and got nowhere. I've tried folding the pages, bending corners, but no luck...I still get several pages often being " sucked " through at once and thus a much shorter scanned document in the end. This concerns me because I want something reliable. If it's a few pages, it's easy to count and make sure the scanned number of pages equals the hard copy number of pages, but this would be ridiculous for every job, especially if the document has 20+ pages! Any tips? Thanks,
Guest guest
I have the same problem often. Sometimes it doesnot happen but it is certainly not the scanning answer. For the price, I guess that is what you get. I haven’t heard of anything better but please let me know if you find something or the solution. I end up feeding things in one at a time sometimes. Then again the other day I scanned in a 58 page document without an error. Housecall Family Practice, PC J. Guest guest
We are using the futjitsi 4120C and have been pretty happy with it. At 50,000 pages scanned you are supposed to replace the rubber pressure feeder and at 100,000 you are supposed to change the roller. Brent > I have the same problem often.
