Ray,

Thanks so much for your encouragment..... I know that I have a long way to

go as tomorrow is shot # 13, and I still must finish out the full 48 weeks,

but the new sure does make the sides so much more tolerable, and now instead

of dreading the shot, I actually look forward to it, as I know that it is

healing and my liver is responding. Don't bet me wrong, I still have allot

of sides, and they seem to be getting more profound the more of the copegus

pills I take -- but life is great right now... I don't think I will be

coming off this could 9 for awhile... LOL

Hope all is well with yours...

And know that I will be praying for you and yours..

Please update me about you , as this brain fog does get to me at times...LOL

May God continue to bless us all

Marie

Darlene.

Thanks for all your encouragment, it is always great appreciated...!!!!

Yes, I had bad symptoms just with the Hepatitis - C, I had allot of body

aches and hand, fingers, legs, feet, allot of joint pain. Which by the

grace of God and tx, all that pain has let up... I still have my side

affects from the treatment, but it is so worth it. I take my 13 th shot

tomorrow, always take my shots on Fridays, as that is the day I chose to

start. I take 180 mg of pagasys shot every week, and 1000 mgs or copegus

pills daily (ribivirin). And I drink allot of water a day -- almost 2

gallons a day, and I notice when I don't drink the water, the sides are

worse. I also stay away from all the red meat, and I notice that has helped

with the brain fog allot.

I believe in this treatment and I am one of those people that feel that I

will do anything to rid the virus of my body if possible, if for nothing

else but a better quality of life -- it wasn't that great before I started

tx -- too much pain from sides of the hep-c, and I wasn't willing to live

with that if by chance there is something I can do to rid it.

However, it is very much an individual choice between patient and Doctor,

just make sure you have a good GI Doctor or Hepatoligist. That is

sooooooooo very important...

Best of luck to you and know that I will keep you in my prayers. OH and I

forgot to tell you I am geno type 1b, one of the hardest to respond, but I

am doing -- Glory be to GOD and TX... AMEN

May God continue to bless us all

Hi

Well done, you must be so happy! I'm pretty new to this whole thing, and

this site. I'm just wondering what you did to get rid of the virus? Did

you have bad symptoms before they let you have treatment?

Hello Neesy.

Yes My Dear, HE sure does answer those prayers. I have learned to put my

faith in trust in God and Jesus, my savior, and my life has become so much

better and easier, so to speak. If a person truly believes and goes to GOD

first every time we have a problem, as that is what he wants us to do in the

first place. He will inevitably answer us -- no matter how big or small the

problem may seem to us. We just have to truly believe with all our hearts

and ask in Jesus name -- and there is always an answer for us. We may not

always like the answer he gives us at first, but it is always for our own

good, as GOD only wants us to be happy and never wants to cause us any pain.

Sometimes the trials that we go through in life, may feel like we are being

punished, when in reality -- we are just going through a learning phase.

This is strictly just my opinion and what I have learned hands on -- I am so

truly blessed, and grateful to GOD for every single thing I do have, and don

t have, and for every day when I awake...

May HE continue to bless you and us all

Love, Hugs and Prayers...

Marie
