Hi Kulia! Well, other than renting funny movies, I just put on one of the

comedy channels on TV…there is usually something funny on one of them! Or

sometimes Youtube is endlessly entertaining! I do find laughter the BEST

medicine sometimes - we just need to get outside of ourselves and our

worries, and it shifts brain chemistry to a more positive state to laugh

too. Sometimes I can even laugh at my own situation and challenges, as it

all seems just ridiculous sometimes <smile>. TC & Laugh! Aylwin xox

Hi,

What has helped me wasn't listening to Tolle's New Earth since I've

been back from vacation but renting some great comedy DVDs from the

library like Jerry Seinfeld. Will Ferrell was hilarious in Elf!!!

Connie and Carla was great, two women dressed up as Drag Queens and

the Drag Queens were so cute and funny!!!

That's what I love about Aylwin's last post on Tolle. You have such

a great sense of humour Aylwin and that's what I think we need more on

this group. Too much seriousness can really just add the trauma and

drama of what ails us. Laughing just changes our whole perspective. It

would be interesting to see the molecular structure magnified as Emoto

describes in his book, Hidden Messages in Water.
