When I say I outsource my billing even though I am on ALTEER, it is to the same people that provide my tech support for ALTEER. It is GroupOne Healthsource. You could speak to Carey Gates at 1-. They were my ALTEER vendor. Because they have access to my system, they get in and get what they need without me having to do anything other than scanning an EOB and entering a payment. I can check what activity they have done because it is documented in my system. I am very happy with it as of now. There are so many things to focus on with a new business, it is nice to be getting paid right away.

I am just getting started with amazing charts, what are you doing with your

labs, consults, etc, are you scanning in or keeping a separate paper chart?

Also you are getting the same rate but not using their billers, compliant, how

come? How long did it take you to get the templates set up efficiently? Do

you chart in the room or after, and how many people a day do you see. I just

opened, it's slow, so I have time to dink around, it's taking some time, and

courage to get the templates in.

i think i said this before-- i use amazing charts, available initially for free to evaluate, and i outsource my billing to someone with 12 years of experience in coding. i upload my superbills to her via secure network, and she files them electronically. i even get paid. i get this and more for only 6% of collectibles, no start-up fees and no statment fees. for anyone interested, amazing charts is on the web at www.amazingcharts.com, and my biller is peg lealand at www.drcodes@.... she can be reached toll-free at 1-. good luck!
