Guest guest
When I say I outsource my billing even though I am on ALTEER, it is to the same people that provide my tech support for ALTEER. It is GroupOne Healthsource. You could speak to Carey Gates at 1-. They were my ALTEER vendor. Because they have access to my system, they get in and get what they need without me having to do anything other than scanning an EOB and entering a payment. I can check what activity they have done because it is documented in my system. I am very happy with it as of now. There are so many things to focus on with a new business, it is nice to be getting paid right away. Mintek Family wrote: Thank you, Abby, (of Luiz email) for offering to fax checklists. They are incredibly reasonable in price andhe insisted that we receive and inspect them first before sending him ourcheck. I think we paid about $17 including postage for about thirteeninstruments! They seem to be beautifully made and they are individuallysealed in bags. The seller's name is Talib Hussain. He lives in Virginia andhe can be reachedon eBay with this email address: Laweezah@...For those of you who are solo and who do your own billing, how many staffhours per week does it take and how hard is it? Do those of you whooutsource your billing encounter problems related to sending the joboffsite? We have been readingthe billing discussions with interest and we are still unsure which way togo. We will be starting from scratch, most likely with Alteer softwareprograms and setup. We know we could bill through Alteer but it sounds asthough some of you are outsourcing even though you have Alteer forscheduling and electronic medical records.a Mintek and Rian Mintek, MD
Guest guest
Dr Lyons, I am just getting started with amazing charts, what are you doing with your labs, consults, etc, are you scanning in or keeping a separate paper chart? Also you are getting the same rate but not using their billers, compliant, how come? How long did it take you to get the templates set up efficiently? Do you chart in the room or after, and how many people a day do you see. I just opened, it's slow, so I have time to dink around, it's taking some time, and courage to get the templates in. Re: thanks, hemostats, and billing i think i said this before-- i use amazing charts, available initially for free to evaluate, and i outsource my billing to someone with 12 years of experience in coding. i upload my superbills to her via secure network, and she files them electronically. i even get paid. i get this and more for only 6% of collectibles, no start-up fees and no statment fees. for anyone interested, amazing charts is on the web at www.amazingcharts.com, and my biller is peg lealand at www.drcodes@.... she can be reached toll-free at 1-. good luck!
