Guest guest
Suzette, I was devastated when I could no longer " hold my own " but he Lord had used it to bless me in ways I could have never (and, quite frankly, didn't) imagine! Once I managed to stop tripping over my over inflated male ego and realized the Power and Peace of knowing the Lord better, I saw that I was on a mission..of His making ..not of mine. Thank God! Guest guest
Suzette, The Lord's Peace comes from knowing Him. Hard to get to know someone unless you communicate with them. Hard to communicate with them unless you know what they say. Hard to know what they say if you don't listen every day. Bible reading/study/reflection, prayer and meditation as well as fellowship and service are all great ways of listening, learning, serving, communicating with and loving the Lord. His Peace, Grace, Blessings and Rest are just icing on the cake and a mere reflection of what is in store and, yes, it is fully sufficient for now and always. Guest guest
Suzette, We are all born again each and every day that we go to him, read one chapter each from the Old and New Testament every day. If you do not have a bible, go to BibleGateway.com, you can read the whole bible one chapter (or even verse) at a time and also read the commentary(detailed, broken down explanation) of what you just read. email me at ineamer@... If you would like further information. Peace Bob Drury
