I just read, from the same source, that the RDA for magnesium for a 5

y/o would be 130mg, but the upper limit of supplementation would be 110

mg. So providing that you met all the dietary allowance in your diet,

the most magnesium you should have on board is 240mg? Am I

understanding this correctly?? Wouldn't you have to account for

magnesium intake involved with milk of magnesia or mag citrate? I hope

someone can help me with this! Thanks, michelle
