This webinar (esp section 4) talks about diets like GFCF, GAPS and

SCD. It's from a perspective of autism, but it really applies to any

kids that have had digestive issues, IMO.

Section 4 talks about EE - and how it parallels autism. The espophilic

reaction being an immune reaction from 'any source'
