My patient a healthy 40 yr old male cardiologist with history of lots of

exposure to radiations in the course of his work as well as on a high protein

diet as well as low carbs for weight mantainence( lost approx 20 lbs in 3-4

months) goes to disney world with family and friends. Enjoys the day relaxing

and having fun on various rides, ends the day polishing off 3 bottles of good

red wine between 4 friends.Finishes the day up at his resort , has trouble

sleeping, sits surfing the internet for approx 4 hours, watches some TV, Doses

off, wakes up at 7 .00 AM with a splitting headache...wakes up his better half

who gives him a couple of tablets of tyelenol(acetaminop hen)and decides to not

go for the rides on the day due to the " hang over " ! By mid afternoon the

headaches changes into a " complicated migraine " as he puts it( their is no

history of migraines prior to now) with some nausea and slightly blurry vision.

He curses himself and burries his face

in

the pillow with no relief....does any one want to ask any questions if he calls

you on the phone and gives you the above scenario!!!! I will give you the answer

soon!!
