Fact Sheet on Hearing Loss in Children NICHCY would like you to know about the U.S. Department of Education's brand-new publication called " Opening Doors: Technology and Communication Options for Children with Hearing Loss. " It's designed to connect children and their families with assistance as early as possible. It also describes current technologies and communication options for children with hearing loss, including deafness.
