I have the book from Fatigue to fantastic and this is my guide to trying and asking my MDs to try. I also tried Provigel and like you it made me so jittery. my worst symptom now is Insomnia. So Provigel just made things worse!! Do live near RI or NYC?? In NY area I hear Dr Levine is very good as well as if you want to google the NJ Bergen county CFS Fibromyalgia chapter.
