I have a CrM user who also takes her temp that started Zoloft on day 1 of her current cycle. So far she has noticed a longer/drier cycle and lower BBT with a weaker rise. I've seen it with zoloft, paxil, prozac, depakote - you name it. I don't understand the physiology of it all all. Antidepressants also make OCPs less effective. A CNM colleague of mine did a study on the rate of breakthrough ovulation among OCP users taking St. 's Wort. It was impressive. It was supposed to be published in the journal of midwifery but I haven't seen it yet, so all I have is my recollection of what she reported last year. alicia Zoloft and charting Has anyone noticed a change in charts with women on Zoloft?
