Maybe that's not the right number... my doctor said the test had to

be flawed because my result was so far off the chart. Then I took

the results to an endocrinologist (who now does my thyroid care) and

he said it was one of the highest he'd seen in a while. So either

we're on different scales or I'm remembering wrong!

Libby

p.s. 1268 is a MUCH more impressive number than 37. I'm jealous! :-)

Haha!!!! That was funny! Yeah, I'm sure you have the number wrong. Although, I think the "other" antibody test number is a much lower number. At least, it was for me.

BTW, where do you live? If you don't mind.

, even more important is seeing what Armour is doing for your

free T3, which your goal is to get to the upper part of the range.

The T4 has been less important for most folks once they get that

free T3 up there.

I have this gut feeling that the T3 is having no problem getting to the upper part of normal range, and may now possibly be past the normal range. The trouble is that my thyroid is still being stimulated by my pituitary to a bad point, because it is recognizing that my thyroid doesn't make enough T4 and isn't being replenished with enough T4, even though the T3 is still more up there than the T4. This constant stimulation is dangerous because by the statistics, the constant stimulation by the pituitary makes for more fertile conditions for cancerous growth. (I can send a link on that). My TSH has been going up up up for the last year, and has not gone back down. This is worrying me, even more than the way I'm feeling in general.
