Dina,

Just stay au naturale, it's tough to say what's safe for nursing

mom's . Not everything is tested, and most aren't safe for the

baby. Even if there is no mention of safeness for nurseing mthers,

doesn't mean it's OK. These supps aren't regulated the way

prescription drugs are. Sticking to the book will yield good

results. Wait until the nursing is finished to experiment with other

supplements. a

Dina,

You can enhance fat-burning and save $$ just by putting off carb

consumption till the last 1 or 2 meals of the day. On the other

hand, I'm told Thryocut for Ladies is pretty good.

Thryocut is a T3 stimulator. Not good for a nursing mom.

Dina, I agree with a, A lot of those natural supps are not

studied in nursing moms and who knows what is excreted into the

breast milk, caffiene sure is (Big time coffee drinker and mother of

two!) Kat:)

Ah, now that's something I wouldn't have known. Thanks for jumping

in, Glenda.
