Larry at Echo is a real sweet guy, but they complain about orders for immunosuppressives only, which is all we need them for. I use a Medicare billing pharmacy only when the patient has Medicare and a supplement. They do not accept Ct medicaid, so these patients I send to Pharmacare. Everyone else with a group healthplan, I advise to use their mail order pharmacy after the first month or two to decrease co-pays.
