Guest guest
Rhoda, My favorite sauerkraut is made with caraway seeds. It is simple but delicious. My other favorite sauerkraut is made with red cabbage and a little bit of garlic, but I don't know the right proportions. The book you are getting should have the caraway sauerkraut recipe in it. It may not sound good but it was by far my favorite during all our old taste tests during my old fermented group gatherings. Tonio Hi, I'm sorry but I must have missed some emalis. Is Kimchi a form of sauerkraut. If so I would love the recipe. I have been making sauerkraut and it leaves a lot to be desired. Thanks Rhoda

Guest guest
Rhoda, Are you drinking sauerkraut juice? or just cabbage juice? Juicing sauerkraut is also amazing for its health benefits. Nearly ten years ago I was told to drink 2 oz of immediately fresh cabbage or sauerkraut juice on a regular basis for a pre-cancerous and fungal colon condition. That along with a few other things from an alternative medical oncologist worked very well, apparently. Blessings and good health, Tonio Now I am making it with cabbage and sea salt.
