Guest guest
I believe that Medicare will pay only if you mail them the denials from the primary along with the claims to them. Sam Gaboory, MBA Transplant Financial Coordinator Scripps Clinic - ph - fax sgaboory@... MSP hi everyone, looking for your experience re: this situation. Our patient has BC of CA primary through his wife's employment at Walmart, and Medicare secondary. The Walmart policy has a $25K max on all services for the first year of enrollment, which for this family is cal yr 2004. The patient is on hemodialysis and unless Walmart's dealmaking extends beyond my wildest imagination, he must be at his max by now. In a case like this, would Medicare pay as though primary for the remainder of the calendar year? Appreciate any rapid responses. on Transplant Financial Counselor Legacy Transplant Services 1040 NW 22nd Ave Suite 480 Portland OR 97210 direct line/confidential voicemail main line main line toll-free fax lmorriso@...
