I believe that Medicare will pay only if you mail them the denials from the

primary along with the claims to them.

hi everyone, looking for your experience re: this situation. Our patient

has BC of CA primary through his wife's employment at Walmart, and Medicare

secondary. The Walmart policy has a $25K max on all services for the first

year of enrollment, which for this family is cal yr 2004. The patient is on

hemodialysis and unless Walmart's dealmaking extends beyond my wildest

imagination, he must be at his max by now. In a case like this, would

Medicare pay as though primary for the remainder of the calendar year?

Appreciate any rapid responses.

Yes, all they will need is the EOB denying payment due to max and they will cover at their UCR.>>> lmorriso@... 06/02/04 02:11PM >>>hi everyone, looking for your experience re: this situation. Mild silver protein.

Supposedly a high potency form of colloidal silver in a protein base.

It's possible to develop argyria with unjudicial use.

CS as that made by just water and silver does not have that potential.
