I haven't the slightest clue as to what I am responding to right now....but I am

here. ME.......with words to share....most likely met with disinterest

and indifference. I don't give a flying fu*k. What I understand is I came to

this site because of research I did about a book called Loving What Is...I liked

that title because it meant saying what is......just is..... In that there is

freedom. For me, in that means letting go of everything I have ever been taught

about how to interact with others and my thoughts and feelings about them. This

is earthshatteringly scary to me!!! Isn't it scary to let go and just love the

story of another? Geeeeez! I hate thinking that I have no control over

anything.......but me....right? I have control over me. That doesn't feel like

enough............Shit.

Hi ,

You say that you have done reasearch on the book 'Loving What Is' by Byron

. Have you read it yet? If not, I highly recommend it. If you really

want to have some fun, go beyond the title and read the book. You may find that

the fear of not having control melts away and in its place the excitment of a

wild adventure takes its place.....:0)

Cheers,

I bought the book but didn't read it yet.

I gave a small booklet of the book to my pilatis teacher,

she read it and was fascinated and told me that she wants to buy the book.

I told her: let me give you this book as a present.

I went home and gave it to her after 1 hour.

She was happy to have it

I was happy to get rid of it

It was fun

Love

Hi ,

You have control over you. Is that really true?

You need to control things. Is that true?

What is the worst that would happen if you controlled nothing, not even you?

Can you really know that is true?

I notice the trees know when to bud, the seasons know when to change, blood

knows when to clot, my lungs know when to breath.

We need to be in control. Can you absolutlely now that it's true?

How do you react when you beleive that you need to be in control?

Who would you be without that story?

love,

Ric
