Guest guest
Also remember that in pregnancy the body stores lots of extra fluid in the form of blood, tissue water, milk, amniotic fluid etc. so the nightsweats are a totally physiological and normal way for the body to excrete some of that water. It will pass. Certainly Yin deficiency can play a role but also 10, 16, perhaps 243 would be good - 16 in particular for tuberculinic and the nightsweats and pregnancy changes are both those. I think Undas could be really helpful at this time and found they were for me. Polinsky Vancouver, B.C. She experienced this same phenomenon after the birth of her first child 5 years ago. She recently returned to see me after a six month hiatus because she is experiencing extreme fatigue and joint aches since the baby started sleeping through the night and Mom has had a chance to rest and decompress a bit. Her adrenals are definitely depleted, possibly exhausted (BP at visit was 87/58). Last Friday she started Unda drainage remedies for her exhaustion and adrenals, and started with night sweats on Saturday night. She's also had a cold, so that could be part of it. Endocrinology brains feel free to chime in... Thanks N.D. N.field, RI 401*597*0477
