One benefit seems to be better focus and concentration as well as being calmer. You are probably correct in your assessment. We're looking for another source but want to keep the prices reasonable. Janet I am in Mo and buy Wisconsin raw milk cheese all the time at the HFS.We love it! We also travel to Ok to a dairy and buy raw cheese that isalso very good. They do mail order but there mail order cheeses are ingift boxes and pretty expensive. Swam Bros Dairy in Claremore, Ok. Ingredients: Organic cultured unpasteurized, milk, salt, enzymes. I think I paid about 3 something for 8 oz. I don't look at the price that often. It's just one of those foods that I HAVE to have.
