When you choose unda numbers, are you expecting a certain response? I.e. in this child's short life he's been on 9 antibiotics for ear infxn. His mom brought him to us for eczema, which he's had, arguably since 3 - 4 mo old. The response we got with the first treatment regimen (#3, #39, #50, natogen & castor oil topically) was a skin eruption (pustules that broke open and remained reddened and flaky before scabbing, all on top of lichenified eczema). Right in time with the eruption, he began vomiting till bile was the only thing left to vomit. He developed a fever somewhere in the midst of vomiting and by day's end the fever broke and next day his appetite and all of usual energy and attitude returned. 2. Was this bottom to top a negative eruption? The eruption began inside his thigh and moved up to his neck/cheek. Herring's Law states inside/out (he's OK on this) and top/bottom (here he's the reverse) 3. Should I have seen this coming? Sometimes, in adults, without properly opening the emunctories I could predict this worsening effect. But in this kiddo's case, it seemed like the reaction was a catharsis of sorts. Clearing multiple rounds of antibiotics and pushing the gunk to the surface. Then his body began to burn up to incinerate more of the toxins. 4. How long should an eruption be expected? Just ballpark. 5. The final and BIG question is: Where to go next with Undas? My thought is #2 to drain the skin and #258 to gather and fully remove the toxins through the kidneys. Perhaps #20 to properly filter the toxins. Or would #14 be better? All along we've witnessed tuberculinic expressions; the clingy alternating quickly with the independence of Pulsatilla; the soft, blonde curls and super long eyelashes; the weakness of the lungs with chronic otitis media.
