I am waiting to hear back from docs. This is so hard, and I am so down, I just needed to write you guys. My BP has been awful. Up, down, they have me tryin new meds and writing everything down. I just called MD to see if they got my records, and left a message saying I feel awful, my kids, my job, my life are all on hold. Really ready to feel better, but attitude cannot fix this. I think that is the hardest part of this journed. After being told so long that I am depressed, lazy, ADD, its hard not to believe it. " When I look at my troubles that way, I learn to appreciate the fact that I am still alive, and I am trying to do and get better day by day instead of giving up and going down. I'm so new to trying to get some real help myself I don't have much to say to you in the way of any suggestions, but I can tell you for what's it's worth you are not alone.
