I haven't tried the Duramed so not sure but between the two, try the Duramed Revia. You can get the Bristol Myers from www.medsmex.com Duramed is considered the name brand Naltrexone in US. I don't think anyone is taking the Duramed on the group or they haven't posted about it. I believe a lot of members take the compounded LDN. Make sure your doc writes out take one nightly so you get 30 pills(a normal month supply) Will last approx. 10 months taking 4.5mgs. You and doc will know how you are taking the the Revia.
