I have heard several doctors say that yogurt is OK because of the probiotic content and since it is a cultured food it is a " better " dairy product. Is this true for cheese? Why is this the case? Does the culturing process make the casein more digestible? Any sources, websites or articles are greatly appreciated. Thanks, E.
