Germal and Stearic Acid question

May I get some suggestions where I can buy a small quantity of Germal, please ..

about 4 to 8 ounces, preferably without having to pay a huge minimum to make the

purchase? I live in New Jersey, but happy to mail order it from anywhere in the

U.S.

Secondly, could someone please suggest some possible reasons why the stearic

acid in a lotion would be " beading up " a week or couple of weeks after the

product had been made? There are little hard bits in there, and I'm quite

certain it is the stearic acid. I can provide more details, if you need them.
