Under "Tables" click on "Doctor Reports." Scroll sideways. Click on "Add Record" above the existing records. Fill in each of the blanks. Scroll down and click on "Add Record." He doesn't even test for TSH and hates it but does tests for T3 and T4. He also does saliva test for adrenals (my daughter is also taking stuff for that) and for hormone levels, and blood test for vit. D. We both have very high estrogen and low D levels and he's treating both. He's takes his time with you also. We've been very pleased. I"m now taking a natural mix(via the apothecary-might not have spelled that right) of T3 and T4 instead of synthroid and feel much better.
