Vit K and hemorrhagic disease

Can you tell us, without breaching confidentiality of course, the other

circumstances? I have never seen this nor know anyone who has and I want to

learn. Many people, myself included, refused the Vit K... Hemmorrhagic

disease is extremely rare at best...

Was this in a boy? Was he being circ'd? Had the infant had the Vit K

injection?
