Guest guest
Dear group, I do not post often, I read the newspaper about as often. This morning I was reading the Houston Chronicle and noticed in passing that a local boy had passed away, because I have young boys I stopped to read, what made me stop was his beautiful face and his youth and then at the end of his announcement it stated that in lieu of flowers please make donations to cure autism now, Hunters Hope. I just wanted to post this because he is local, I didn't know the family, I don't know if he was autistic but just felt that someone may know what happened to him and also to send my prayers to the family. This has stayed with me all day because of the close calls I have had with my son. Best to all in the new year. Dawn
Guest guest
Yes he was diagnosed with autism. His mother was a member of FEAT-Houston. A family member was watching him, and he slipped out of the house for just a few minutes, got through a hole in the wooden fence and landed in the swimming pool. He was 4. It's a sad reminder of what can happen. I think we've all had close calls-- I know I have. There but for the grace of God. . . . . I am so sorry for their loss. KK Local child > > > > > Dear group, > I do not post often, I read the newspaper about as often.
